Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of InjectWise (“InjectWise,” “we,” “us”), available at injectwise.app, including the calculators, planners, trackers, and any account features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

InjectWise is an educational and informational planning tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the Service is a substitute for the judgment of a licensed healthcare professional. Calculations, presets, and default values are illustrative and may not be appropriate for you. Always verify every figure independently and consult a qualified provider before acquiring, preparing, or administering any compound. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

You understand that activities related to injectable compounds carry inherent risks, and that laws regarding such substances vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you. You use the Service, and any output from it, entirely at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts are optional — the calculators and planners work without one. If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity that happens under it and for keeping access to your email secure (we use one-tap email sign-in links). Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

The protocols, schedules, logs, and other inputs you create are yours. By saving them to an account, you grant us the limited license needed to store and display that data back to you and operate the Service. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate one.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
• Resell, white-label, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Misrepresent the Service’s output as medical or professional advice to others.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may introduce paid features in the future with notice. We don’t guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The Service, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by InjectWise and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, and email). We aren’t responsible for the availability or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any calculation or output is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INJECTWISE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InjectWise and its operators from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which InjectWise operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
