Who we are
InjectWise (“InjectWise,” “we,” “us”) provides free, web-based calculators and planning tools for TRT, peptide, and performance protocols at injectwise.app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
A note on the data you enter
The calculators and planners work entirely in your browser. Compound names, doses, schedules, injection logs, and similar inputs are stored locally on your device by default — you can use every tool without an account, and that data never leaves your device unless you choose to create an account and sync it. Some of what you enter may relate to your health; we treat it as private and never sell it.
Information we collect
- Email address — when you join the early-access list or create an account.
- Optional preferences — e.g. the “what are you here for?” segment you select.
- Protocol data you choose to save — if you create an account, the protocols, schedules, and logs you save are stored in our database so they sync across your devices.
- Basic usage and technical data — anonymous or pseudonymous analytics about how features are used, plus standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept for security and reliability.
How we use information
- Provide and operate the calculators, planners, and (if you create one) your account.
- Send you a one-tap sign-in link and account-related messages.
- Contact you about early access to our broader app, if you asked us to.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Service providers we use
We share limited information with trusted providers who process it only to provide their service to us, never for their own marketing:
- Supabase — account authentication and storage of saved protocols.
- Resend — sending transactional and sign-in emails.
- Notion — storing early-access waitlist sign-ups.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers, for serving the site.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your tool inputs on your device. If you sign in, we use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We use only minimal, privacy-respecting analytics and no third-party advertising trackers.
Data retention
We keep your account and saved data until you delete them or ask us to. Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or request removal. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security.
Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time by emailing us at hello@injectwise.app. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We will honor these requests as required by law. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International users
InjectWise is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed there. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Children
InjectWise is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Not medical advice
InjectWise is an educational planning tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Always verify dosing independently and consult a qualified provider before administering any compound.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and significant changes may be communicated by email or on the site.
